At 9:10 AM on January 4, 2016, Rutgers started experiencing an intermittent DDoS attack, directed primarily at sakai.rutgers.edu. OIT is working with our provider on mitigation.  Law enforcement has been notified.  Users may experience difficulty accessing Sakai from outside of the Rutgers network until the problem is resolved.
